I cannot say enough great things about Richard, Nicholas and William - the amazing father and son team that came out today to do some waterproofing work in our basement today. They went above and beyond replacing our sump pump. They rearranged piping to make the space way more functional and usuble compared to the original piping. After struggling with a poor work done on our crawl space by a national company and no help to remedy even though we supposedly have a life warranty.  We made it a priority to work with a local business.  DMV was wonderful to work with, did't pressure us, explained their recommendation and answered questions in a super timely manner. I am a huge fan of DMV Foundation Solutions.

We recently moved into a new home with a list of items that needed attention. Then, after a heavy rain, we discovered another issue: water was flowing into a basement storage area.

I called four or five foundation companies looking for consultations and quotes, and DMV Foundation Solutions immediately stood out. They were easy to schedule, responded quickly, and were extremely thorough in evaluating our home. They looked carefully at both the inside and outside of the property, reviewed the full report from our home inspector, and helped us think through how to prioritize the different repairs. The entire process felt collaborative and solutions-oriented.

Their pricing was also the best we received, and they offered very supportive financing options. At that point, we were already excited to work with them.

Then we met Richard, Nicholas, and William—the crew that completed the work—and they took the experience to another level.

This is easily the best team we have worked with on any repair or improvement to our home. They know what they are doing, take pride in their work, and consistently prioritize service, support, and finding the right solution. And they are fun and radiate the most positive orientation. I feel fortunate to have worked with this team and would explicitly request them by name in the future.

We would happily work with DMV Foundation Solutions again, and I have absolutely no hesitation recommending them.

Man... the job was projected 2+ days. They finished in one. I was also credited on a first job  towards an overall improvement.
