Our team has an array of different skill sets ranging from structural work such as underpinnings to waterproofing home foundations using the most up to date practices and best products. The majority of our team has been with us for over five years with some having over a decade at our company. We pride ourselves in providing a welcoming work environment where existing skills can be polished and new skills can be taught. 

All of our crews have a crew leader who ensures projects stay on schedule and are performed to the high standard that our company is known for. Thanks to our crew being with us for many years, you can trust that the people going in your home to get the job done are well trained professionals. Between our office personnel and field crew, you will always be able to get any questions answered quickly to ensure you are comfortable with the work being done. Unlike larger companies who pass on your work from person to person, at our company you will only deal with two people throughout the duration of the project, Yos and Geoff.
